After Sales Care
When you leave the workshop with your new catering trailer or conversion we’re still here to help.
We always try to provide as much information about your new trailer or conversion as you need during our customer handover but sometimes our customers need more assistance so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries about anything related to your new trailer or conversion.
All of our new build units come with a full 24 month back to base warranty. Should you have any problems we will happily rectify this for you under the back to base warranty.
If you do have any problems, or encounter any issues please get in touch as soon as possible.
Any equipment supplied and fitted by us come complete with the manufacturer’s warranty.
